Pre-requisites for Application
✔ Applicant MUST be 18 years or older
✔ Each resident of the rental property MUST fill out an individual application and pay the $60 application fee (so there are 2 residents, then each of them must fill out the application +application fee)
✔ The applicant MUST make approximately 3 times the rent amount to qualify.
✔ Applicants will agree to Credit, Background and Rental history checks.
Note: The property does not qualify for Section 8.
